Hospital staff fled in terror after alleged US fugitive jumped out of bed and ran toward them, court hears

A man accused of being US fugitive Nicolas Rossi, fearing for his safety, let senior hospital staff escape him.

Knight has been stated in court to be a registered sex offender who has been accused of fraud and other crimes, including sexual conduct. The court said from Dr. Miller, 58, that her patient was known as "Arthur Knight Brown."

She replied: She believed Knight to be steadfast, adding that she was "pretty calm" at first.

The witness said: "I didn't understand what he was trying to say, but we listened to him. He was discharged home."

Dr. Miller said: , said Knight subsequently engaged in "lewd acts" and regularly used the "F word." She said: "He became more aggressive and jumped out of bed. That's when I realized he wasn't happy with things.

" Very fast speed. As he approached, he was inches away from our faces.

"Yasmin said 'run away' and I said 'yes' and literally ran out of the room. I was so scared." I asked if I was wearing. Dr. Miller replied, "When he approached us, his mask came off. He was talking a lot without his oxygen mask on."

Miss Clark next asked what the witness believed caused the incident. She replied, ``I don't think he wanted to be discharged.

Witnesses said she and her nurse Bagli had returned home from work and had not returned for two days. In his defense, David Kinlock said:

Dr. Miller replied: "I'm pretty sure it wasn't a seizure." Nurse Bagli, 27, told the court that Knight had been admitted to A and E for "coloured chest pains and seizures." Told. She claimed she told them to "shut up the f***" when it became clear that Knight was leaving the hospital. I thought so," he said, and fled. She said she was locked in a separate ward for safety after the incident.

She added that she returned to Knight's room five minutes later and that Knight was "sitting on the floor" and screaming. The trial continues before Sheriff Joseph Pratt.
