I bought 7ft pre-lit Christmas tree from Walmart for $119 – when I got it out of the box I went back to get a refund

THIS Walmart customer's Christmas spirit was sucked out of him after he erected his $119 tree and found it was missing more than a few branches.

TikToker @DinnerWithTheDealer detailed his disappointment after unboxing his 7ft pre-lit festive centrepiece from the grocery store.

He had purchased his tree from his local Walmart to help inject some Christmas magic into his home ahead of the big day.

After being impressed by the image on the box, he expected to unwrap a flourishing tree adorned with wintery lights.

But the bloke, who calls himself The Art Dealer, was left baffled when he assembled the traditional decoration to discover barely any greenery.

Sharing a video of the underwhelming product, he showed his 20,000 followers the sparse tree with huge gaps between each branch.

The TikToker fumed: "I need somebody to come look at this because this ain't adding up... you see that?"

He then showed viewers the difference between the tree advertised and the miserable-looking one in the corner of his lounge.

The unhappy customer continued: "That doesn't look like this, I did all the fluff.

"Man, who got the plug for the trees? I need a new tree, this ain't gonna work for me."

He then tagged Walmart in his post while adding: " Come on man, this ain't that!"

Social media users were left in hysterics after hearing The Art Dealer's review of the $119 Christmas tree.

Some advised the TikToker to fan out the branches more, but he explained he had done all he could to smarten up the tree.

He replied: "Trust me, I have. It's missing branches."

The Walmart shopper then revealed he had marched straight back to the store to demand a refund for the tragic tree.

He assured his followers the grocery store had "already processed the return".

One TikTok user joked: "They gave you the Charlie Brown tree!"

Another suggested: "You better off getting one from the Dollar Tree."

A third said: "They got my wife the same way. I was like baby this ain't the $100 tree I asked you to get."

And a fourth added: "Take it back boss! Go to Target!"

We previously told how this savvy shopper found tons of stocking fillers for kids for as little as three cents in Walmart.

The TikToker managed to secure LOL Doll merch, games and stickers for youngsters.

The big box retailer have also launched an exclusive new line of kitchen appliances that would make the perfect holiday gift.

The grocery store teamed up with renowned actress Drew Barrymore to create Beautiful Kitchenware - a Walmart brand that offers beautiful cookware, cutlery, and small appliances in gorgeous matt shades.
