A BARGAIN hunting shopper set herself a challenge to feed a family of four for a week with a budget of just £1 per day.

Using the handle beckyexcell the budget food finding influencer shared the shopping hack with her 175.K TikTok followers after heading down to supermarket store Aldi

She then posted a video reel that showed off her awesome haul.

Becky's menu for the week looked absolutely amazing and it was hard to believe that she managed to put together each meal for just £1 per head.

Then she decided to show off, by posting her delicious menu which she said would last her for the week.

None the dishes served wouldn't have looked out of place at any high end restaurant.

Monday was chilli con carne meatballs. Tuesday she offered up a mouth watering rosti topped veggie shepherds pie,

By mid week Wednesday, she kept it simple and posted a creamy cheese and bacon pasta. 

Followers quickly flocked to her page to comment on her weeks worth of food and urged her to share the recipes of the delicious meals she cooked.

On Thursday she was truly in her stride, as she created a delicious looking sticky 5 spice chicken wings and fried rice.

She finished her budgeted week on Friday with an ultimate cheesy veggie pizza.

Impressed with her budgeting hack many followers urged her to offer up the same budgeting hack but this time only using vegetarian Ingredients.
