One makeup fanatic boasts of his unique cleaning hack that keeps brushes clean and fuzzy at all times.
"I refuse to wash my makeup brushes any other way," Gen Balancer said in his recent TikTokvideo.
Jen is a beauty enthusiast and registered dietitian.
Her crazy ways are unlike any other.
Jen has proven that brushes can be washed just like her clothes.
But the trick is to tie it to the pillow case first.
"Put it in the washing machine with the detergent," she says.
You can use the detergent you use for your clothes.
Next, make sure the machine revs are low.
Jen sets the machine to her 86 degrees, 1 hour 27 minutes cycle.
The brush looks fine.
She says she never cleans her brushes any other way, but Jen warns viewers before trying this.
