Reacting to the video Clobin told Ma in his 2018: I did not do it.

“I said they should stay in the meeting. We ruled on the basis of "natural and ordinary meaning" and found it to refer to Mr. Millett.
The judge said Mr Millett was "so disruptive" that the police tried to remove him from the facility, and that Mr Millett had acted in a disruptive manner at other meetings.
He also concluded that the remarks were not opinions but "statements of fact" and defamed Mr. Millett under common law.
