Kate Middleton's uncle gives an update on her and William's 'next chapter in life'

Duke and Duchess of Cambridge seem ready to turn their lives in London into their new home in Windsor.

And now, Kate's uncle has provided an update on the proposed move, revealing that she's ready for "the next chapter in her life." According to Kensington Palace, he will take over fromand move into the four-bedroom Adelaide Cottage on the Queen's Windsor Estate, but the palace will remain his home in London. Not only does this move mean a new home for their children Prince George,Princess Charlotte andPrince Louis, it also means a new school.

In The Sun, Kate's uncle Gary Goldsmith says it's been a busy time for his niece, but the move is ready for her and Kate. That's it.

He told the publication: "William and Kate will be moving home this summer to be closer to the Queen and have their hands full getting their children settled in their new school. But I think they are ready for the next chapter of their lives."

He added:

"She's already the first person we look at as a role model. As a nation, we are all very proud of her.The royal family is safe and beautiful, a gift from heaven.She got this in good times and bad."

Prince William and Kate are now Lives in Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace, a tourist attraction that boasts exhibits and gardens.
