Man charged with stabbing near Oxford Street in London

Li Hunan, 60, who lives in his garden at Woodfield in New Malden, south London, will appear in Croydon magistrates' court on Wednesday on murder charges.

At 11:40 am on Monday, the police were called after a report of a stabbing on Poland Street.

Officers joined theLondon Ambulance Service and the London Air Ambulance.

His 58-year-old man was found with stab wounds and pronounced dead at the scene at 12:20 pm despite attempts to help.

He was named Li Sung of SouthwarkSouth London and his next of kin was notified.
