Man overcharged 21 pence by railroad company in 1999 wins money back after 22-year legal battle

An Indian lawyer has won a 22-year legal battle seeking a refund of 21 pence overcharged on tickets in 1999.

Tungnath Chaturvedi, 66, was finally given. The money returned last week, plus 20 years of interest, totals him £2.90.
