Michigan Republican gubernatorial nominee Tudor Dixon will win a seat in the Democratic presidential election on Friday in theformer state House of Representatives in Port Huron. He chose Senator Shane Hernandez as his vice presidential candidate. Gretchen Whitmer.
Hernandez said he served two terms in the Michigan House of Representatives until 2020, but he could not run for the United States Congress. . He served one term as chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, which has a strong budget.

Dixon announced her selection an hour before the state's GOP deadline. At the state Republican convention on August 27, delegates will vote to confirm her election.
