A woman claims that a neighbor pretended to be her on the phone to get the city council to cut down a tree.
TikTok User Jody Brown posted a video showing workers chopping down a tree outside his home.

Her Jody, from Canada, said she was able to save another neighbor's tree after seeing her talking to a supervisor.
But things got strange for her when he told her that he had called to ask her to cut down her tree.
"The rep said, 'It says you called and wanted it removed,'" she said.
``I told him it wasn't and that it was probably our neighbor. He said he would look into it. I got a call later in the day from the woman who heads the Forestry Department, and she wanted to know what had happened.
