UEFA Super Cup Preview: Eintracht Frankfurt vs. Real Madrid.
Real Madrid kick off their football season tonight as they face Germany's Eintracht Frankfurt in theUEFA Super Cup final To do. Last season's Champions League and Europa League winners will come together for the right to claim Europe's crown at the start of the new campaign, after triumphs over Liverpool and Rangers respectively in May.
The Whites are aiming to become joint record holders of this trophy alongside his La Liga rivals Barcelona and Italian giants AC Milan. Both have won this cup five times, while Real have won his four. Madrid's most recent win in this competition came in 2017, but a year later Atlético he lost to Madrid.
Meanwhile, Eintracht Frankfurt () is aiming for his second Supercup win in Germany. Bayern Munich are the only German team to win the competition, while Borussia Dortmund, Hamburg and Werder Bremen are all in contention. Eintracht seems to have better support in Helsinki, where the match is taking place. They have already sold out their ticket quota from Uefa, and fans are buying additional tickets he sold at the 36,000-capacity Olympic stadium.

Real Madrid created their best chance of the night with Federico his Valverde running down the right side of the box and Karim his Benzema square the ball.
He was able to shoot, but goalkeeper Kevin Vinicius around the trap he decided to attempt curling with a junior and forward side foot. It looked like he had scored, but Ivy ran in front of the ball and managed to clear it from the goal line.

15 minutes: near. Frankfurt attack on the right flank after Knauf retrieves the ball from Mendy in the middle of the pitch. He sent it to Jesper Lindström, who passed a pass between Real's centre-backs for Daichi Kamata to score.
Kamata put the ball in the box and hit low to the left of the goalkeeper, but Thibaut Courtois quickly dropped it and crushed the ball.

12th minute: Ferland Mendy recovered Madrid quickly sent the ball to the left of the box and counter-attacked Luka Modric.
Vinicius Jr. runs well behind the line and Modric tries to select him on his pass, but Toure crosses the ball, lunges and intercepts it.

9th minute: Kroos First corner of the night to the Frankfurt Box. The cross flies over Almamy Toure's head and bounces onto the road.
Madrid recycles the ball, but now Ansgar his Knauf is there to clear the German side of the danger.

6th minute: Sebastian Rode's Sending the ball into the middle of the steppitch and trying to send the ball to Rafael Bolle, Toni Kroos reads the play and steps inside to intercept the ball.
Eintracht Frankfurt have more balls and are slow to enter the game.

3rd minute: Christopher Lenzbord is on the left but can't find a way past the Real Madrid press. He turned it back into the ivy and Frankfurt cleared the line but launched the ball well over the pitch.

Eintracht Frankfurt get match progressed and pushed the ball up the right flank, where Real Madrid won and sent it to Eder Militan on the back line.
La His La Liga champions push down the right flank, but Federico His Valverde runs into trouble and has to retreat.

Madrid aiming for six trophies in 2022/23
Carlo Ancelotti is aiming to win his 24th trophy as manager tonight and says his side are targeting six titles during the 2022/23 season.
As well as the Super Cup, Real Madrid have competed in La Liga, Champions League, Copa del Rey, FIFA Club World Cup and Spanish Super Cup.
"We are going to fight to win every competition. There is no doubt about that," said Ancelotti.
"It's a little bit harder to win six tournaments. You can fight for them and try. That's what we do." 184}
"I have a lot of confidence in the team and I think they are stronger than last season. We will be competitive and we will fight hard."
Modric on his success last season and playing in 37
Luka Modric , said Real Madrid's Champions League campaign last year was excellent and he won't slow down until he turns 37 next month.
"Last season was great. Starting off in the Champions League against Sheriff meant there were a lot of doubts around us." "The game against Paris changed everything. It showed me that I could play against big teams and made me believe even more.
