Fonua only arrived back in the country a week ago, but he was thrust straight into training last week and was put through his paces alongside his new teammates.
Having spent two years with the Black and Whites before, there is a lot of faces he recognises at the club’s County Road training ground both on and off the field.
But there are also those who Fonua has met for the very first time, such as the young players who are still coming through the ranks but have graduated to train with the first-team squad on a full-time basis.
