Very organized moms spend hours building baby packs to speed up diaper changes.

Expectant mothers will do anything to make it easier for them to adjust to life with their newborn.

One mother may have hacked even the most organized parent after revealing a very clever way to speed up diaper changes.

Kimmy McKnight spent three full hours building a baby pack consisting of two diapers, a bib and a new clean outfit. She made enough to completely fill her two large drawers.

Her idea is to have a pack ready so you don't have to fuss when it's time to change.

Kimmy, who thought she'd share this idea with other busy parents, posted a snap of her very organized method online. It's safe to say that other mothers were very impressed with the idea.

On her Facebook group of Cooking, Cleaning and Organizing Moms, an Australian mother wrote:

"But seeing how painful it was to give birth, I decided that this would be a great idea for myself or anyone else!! (I have an appointment scheduled for October.)

She also added that when she got a few more socks, she would add more to her bag and "stuff these in Bubbie's hospital bag."

``Well done Kimmy! Good luck," said one mother.

Another user wrote:

"It's so good that you're thinking about how you can make yourself easier. These bags are perfect to take to the hospital. I made it for it so it's very easy to grab it right away, I'll put everything out to get dressed first," added the third.

Some women said they do the same thing, but they use it not only for hospital bags, but also for day care and car trips.

29} "I did this with both babies! It was easy to grab the extra clothes and get the babies to change," shared one woman. Another said, "We did this when [we] were 10 months old and we were traveling around the UK and Europe. It was great!"
