Terrified child blown out to sea on inflatable unicorn as terrified beachgoers look on

A young man found adrift in the sea on an inflatable unicorn sparks a massive rescue effort as terrifying onlookers look on.

A Coast Guard team in North Ayrshire, Scotland responded to reports that achild,, was blown away by the wind on a beach last Sunday.

Thankfully a paddleboarder and jet skier happened to pass by, seeing the child in distress, the Coast Guard and rescue officials from his team responded. I came to the rescue before.

Ardrossan Coastguard member Rescue Team, Air Coast Guard Rescue Team and Troon RLNI Lifeboat all responded to the emergency, but the child had been saved by the time they arrived.

A helicopter will pick up two paramedics in case the child needs further medical assistance. While dispatched, volunteers went to help children.

Images from the scene show the helicopter landed on the beach, and two of her other Coast Guard vehicles were found near where the helicopter landed.

Paddleboarders and Jets said that thanks to her skier's quick thinking, the child suffered no serious injuries or required hospital treatment and was reunited with his family soon after the incident. It is

Kevin Paterson, Station Officer of the Ardrossan Coastguard Rescue Team, said: said like this. We continue to encourage the public to leave their inflatables at home when visiting the coast. Inflatables are designed for the pool, not the ocean.

"This incident once again highlights the dangers and how a sudden change in wind direction can turn a pleasant afternoon on the beach into a serious emergency.

"The quick thinking of the paddleboarders and jet skiers definitely made a big positive impact on this incident as well. We thank everyone who was able to help."
