Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Tom Brady may be perhaps the greatest quarterback of all-time, but the NFL star has admitted that sometimes he feels like the worst ever.
Brady has won a record seven Super Bowl rings, and has recently just surpassed 100,000 passing yards to add to his legacy. But even the greatest of all-time has moments where he doubts himself and his ability.
The Buccaneers recently lost in overtime to the Cleveland Browns, and it was the first time in Brady's career that he'd ever lost a game when leading by seven points or more heading into the last two minutes of regulation time. And it's made Brady doubt himself, in an honest admission.
The Buccaneers were leading until the final seconds against the Browns last Sunday, when David Njoku scored a touchdown to send the game to overtime. Nick Chubb then became the hero as he sprinted the Browns to victory, and now the Buccaneers are 5-6 for the season.
Brady was critical in the post-match press conference, and even claimed that sometimes he feels like the 'worst ever' despite his success. "There are times when I go in and think I'm the worst quarterback who has ever played," Brady said.
"That's the way things are when you're losing, you think everything is horrible, although it's probably not all like that. You try to go out the next day and do a better job and bounce back.
"That's how this sport is; when you're losing everything is horrible and when you win you think everything is great, although it's neither extreme. There is still a long season ahead for us. There is still a lot of football to be played and we hope the best is ahead of us.

They have the chance to even out their record on Monday night against the New Orleans Saints, and they need a statement result to boost their spirits.
It's rumoured that Brady could retire at the end of this season, but it's unlikely he will want to end his career after a poor campaign. And members of the Buccaneers roster feel like they've let the quarterback down, as they want to give him the send-off he deserves.
Buccaneers defenceman Tristan Wirfs picked up an injury in their loss to the Browns, but spoke about his disappointment that things have not gone to plan for Brady rather than commenting on his own injury. Wirfs is expected to miss three to four weeks with an ankle sprain, but even when facing an injury, Wirfs told ESPN it was letting Brady down that hurt most.
The offensive tackle spoke about his regret that the season hasn't gone to plan so far, and with it potentially being Brady's last season, it would be a sad end to a great career. The Buccaneers are desperate to give Brady a proper send off, but they may have to hope he sticks around in order to do so.
