University Challenge: Jeremy Paxman resigns as host after 28 years

Jeremy Paxman resigned after 28 years with the University Challenge, ending his position as the longest-serving quiz master on British television.

He will film his final episode this fall and his final series will air on BBC Two and his BBC iPlayer from 29 August to next summer.
