ABU Mechanical Engineering Graduate Shares Convocation Pic, Tops His Class As He Made 4.85CGPA

A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, Moses James Kehinde, who made a cumulative grade point average of 4.85/5.00, shares pictures of his convocation on his social media page.

The Kogi-born, Ebira by tribe graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering as he topped his class. The 42nd Diamond Jubilee Convocation Ceremony was held on Saturday at the Mamman Kotangora Square, Samaru Campus.

Kehinde with the Facebook handle, Kexide Moses, noted that he acquired two degrees in six years.

Apart from his First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering, he was part of the “3+2” ABU/CSU(China) Joint-Double programme where he made distinction (4.0/4.0CGPA) in Traffic Equipment and Control Engineering, emerging as the best in his class in the programme.

Not only did he bagged double degrees, but also acquired some experience in Blacksmithing; interned at the Flight Maintenance at the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria; Heavy-duty Equipment at Mothercat Limited, Zaria; and also a Train Driver Trainee of the Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU).

Kehinde acknowledged that God’s grace, mercy and favour saw him through.

He appreciates everyone his lecturers,family and friends who have affected him in one way or the other.
