Deji Adeyanju Reacts As IGP Orders Arrest Of Sunday Igboho

Popular activist, Deji Adeyanju has reacted to the arrest order for Sunday Igboho by the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.

Recall that Igboho issued a quit notice to Fulani in Igangan, Ibarapa Local Government, Oyo State, accusing them of the rising insecurity in the area.

Following the tension generated by the quit notice, IGP Adamu ordered the arrest of Mr. Igboho.

Reacting to this development, Adeyanju, a staunch critic of the President Muhummadu Buhari-led administration, queried the order.

He asked why the IGP did not order the arrest of some Arewa youths who gave Igbo people in the North quit some months ago.

He wrote:
