“I Have Destroyed Over 100 Marriages In My Church”: Kumchacha

Nicholas Osei is the founder and leader of Heaven’s Gate Ministries. He is better known as Prophet Kumchacha. He says he has broken hundreds of marriages in his church. 

In an interview with Okay FM, the man of God said many women are hurt by abusive men who threaten to kill them or throw acid on them. When he hears of these allegations, he quickly breaks up the marriages in question to avert disaster. 

Prophet Kumchacha: “I have given permission for more than 100 divorces in my church. 

“I have destroyed more than a hundred marriages. You can’t be married to a man who pulls out a gun every day and says: “I’m going to kill you, I’m going to kill you, and I’m going to take acid and pour it on you”. 

“I counted nearly 120 men who killed their wives or girlfriends last year and two years ago, based on what I saw on social media and television. “A marriage where the husband pulls out a gun every day is not from God, it’s from the devil,” he stressed. 

The pastor then told the men that if they no longer loved or cared for their wives, they should return them to their families instead of making plans to kill them. 

“If you don’t love the woman, she has a father and a mother. Give her back to her family.

“Some people have got diseases like dementia, bipolar disorder and memory loss because of bad marriages,” he said.
