The first in command William Ruto while attending his cabinet secretary Eluid Owalo’s homecoming in Asembo , Siaya county has allegedly lectured journalist over the following. He said that how can he storm Nyanza region yet he is the president of Kenya while angry at journalists.
According to the video clip seen by the writer online, the first in command said that he’s very disappointed with the way journalists are reporting on his visit to Nyanza region, he further asked that how can he storm Nyanza region yet he is the president of kenya and can go anywhere he wants to run development projects. He further said that he cannot storm any region since he was voted in by atleast 25% in 36 counties thus giving him a move that kenyans want peace and not politics of tribalism.
He has allegedly sent stern warning to journalists for dividing kenyans with their way of reporting news, he also told them that they should be at the forefront to unite the nation and not making it look like only certain regions the president should be visiting for one or another reason since he’s a symbol of unity.
