Samini Is The Reason I Am Who I Am Today

Multiple Award Winning Ghanaian highlife star,  Martin King Arthur popularly known as Kofi Kinaata has eulogized his colleague Samini as the reason he is where he is now.

Speaking in an interview with Countryman Songo, Kofi Kinaata said he wasn’t discovered by Samini himself. He said he was discovered and signed to the Highgrade family by Samini’s manager Tony Pun and that has helped his music career.

Tony then linked him to Samini who took him along anytime he went for interviews. According to Kofi Kinaata, Samini also brought him out at shows and gave him opportunities to perform some few minutes before him at events.

“Samini has helped me a lot with my career. Had it not being him, it would have taken me years to be discovered. His record label took me as a family and they have helped me since.”
