Boxing is a discipline and one of the combat sports which boosts self-confidence and it is a great way to improve your confidence, attitude, and overall outlook on life. Kevin Taylor seems elated about the performance of Ghana’s boxing athlete Abraham Mensah who is now in contention for a gold medal after winning his semi-final fight 3-0 in the ongoing Commonwealth Games. The potential medalist will now face Northern Ireland’s Dylan Eagleson in the men’s bantamweight final tomorrow.
At the ongoing Commonwealth Games, three well-known boxers namely; Jaguar Commey, Abdul Wahid Omar, and Abraham Mensah from Ghana are in the medal zone and their achievement can be attributed to their coaches and trained by the national team head coach, Ofori Asare.
Kevin in a Facebook post on Facebook sought to tell those in charge of Sports in Ghana to invest in other disciplines like Boxing and stop always wasting Money on Black Stars who are never going to win any trophy anyways.
