The Group’s Chief Executive Officer Yolam Kawanga says they have a binding legal contract with the ‘Buga’ star’s management.
Kizz Daniel was arrested by Tanzanian police after failing to perform on Sunday despite being paid a lot of money.
Meanwhile, the singer has been released.
In Zambia, the artist also received backlash after refusing to receive a flower at the Airport.
