Rashida Wanjara, a Tanzanian based socialite who was linked to Diamond Platinumz sometime in the past and also participated in Miss Tanzania 2000 together with 13 other female dancers has asked for forgiveness from the government.
Appearing in a Tanzanian court, the 14 women pleaded guilty to publicly dancing without clothes and asked the government to give them 2 years to change from their bad ways.
The girls were arrested by police officers and taken to court after they were caught dancing without clothes, shaking their bodies anyhow as people watched. The women also went to the extent of inserting bottles and cucumber fruits inside their privates without any shame drawing attention from passers-by who could go without a glimpse of the scenario.
The court forgave them giving them a sturn warning of abiding by the law. In two years, the 14 women are expected not to go against the law, they are also required to report to the police station every month. They failed to raise Tsh5,000,000 each and this forced them to look for sponsors who will bail them out.
