Namibian weekend sport fixtures

Rugby and bowls top this weekend’s sporting activities. 

The final day of the African States Bowls Tournament takes place on Friday with the men’s singles and fours competitions at the TransNamib Bowling Club, while the women’s pairs and trips competitions take place at the Eros Bowling Club. The prizegiving will be held at the Eros Bowling Club at 17h30 on Friday. 

The Rugby Premier League continues with matches throughout Namibia. Log-leaders FNB Kudus travel to Rehoboth to take on FNB Reho Falcons, while second-placed FNB Wanderers take on FNB Unam at the Unam Stadium. 

In other matches FNB Western Suburbs host FNB Rehoboth, while Trustco United host FNB Grootfontein. 

The women’s rugby league also continues with matches in Windhoek and Walvis Bay.
