Harris slams Trump's Jan 6 comments, pushes for November vote

Kamala Harris is taking aim at Donald Trumps latest comments about the Capitol attack. At rallies in Wisconsin she blasted his description of Jan 6 as a day of love calling it gaslighting

Harris is trying to win over Republicans and conservatives in the run-up to the election. Sheʼs telling people to pick country over party and vote for her. The VP thinks Trump would put democracy at risk jail his rivals and mess with the Constitution

At her events Harris played a clip of Trump on Fox News. In it he said he was more worried about the enemy within – radical left lunatics – than outside troublemakers. Harris couldnt believe he hinted the military might control his political opponents. Sheʼs been calling Trump unstable and power-hungry at all her rallies this week

Harris bragged about her own feisty Fox News interview. She said it shows shes willing to talk to everyone no matter their politics or news sources. Meanwhile Trump was on Univision where a 56-year-old Republican voter said he was scared by Jan 6 and wanted Trump to win back his vote. Trump called it a day of love and seemed to include himself with the rioters saying we didnt have guns

In La Crosse and Green Bay Harris said the riot – where Trump fans trying to stop Joe Bidens win hurt 140 cops damaged the Capitol and wrecked government stuff – was a tragic and violent day. She said Americans are sick of Trumps gaslighting and ready to move on

Trump keeps making false claims about Jan 6. He recently said only Ashli Babbitt a Trump supporter died but authorities say five people died because of the attack. He also wrongly said no one had guns but six men were arrested with guns near the Capitol that day

While Jan 6 still motivates some voters fewer Republicans blame Trump now. A poll from about 10 months ago showed most Americans think Trump is responsible but Republican blame has dropped by half since right after the attack

Harris is also going after Trump for seeming confused and unstable. Her campaign made fun of him for ending a town hall early and just swaying to music for 39 minutes. Sheʼs also criticizing his attempts to appeal to women voters showing clips of him calling himself the father of IVF

At her Green Bay rally some people started chanting Lock him up! but Harris stopped them saying The courts will take care of that Lets take care of November
