Ukraine deals with massive drone swarm as conflict enters new phase

In a wide-ranging night-time operation Ukrainian forces shot-down over half of incoming unmanned aircraft. The military reported that from 80 attack-drones launched by Russian side they managed to intercept 41 targets while 32 remained un-tracked
The defense ministry stated that no harm came to key facilities or people during this large-scale attack (which happened on Oct 27th). The counter-drone systems worked well despite the overwhelming numbers of targets; however some drones disappeared from radar coverage
