EPL: Ian Wright gives verdict on Champions League battle between Chelsea, Man Utd, Leicester

A former Arsenal and Crystal Palace striker, Ian Wright, has delivered his verdict on the Champions League battle between Manchester United, Chelsea and Leicester City.

Chelsea looks favourite to secure a Champions League qualification for next season ahead of Man United and Leicester with less than three Premier League games to conclude the 2019/20 season.

The Blues currently sit in the third position on the Premier League table with four points ahead of Leicester City (fourth) and Man United (fifth) after 36 games.

When asked to give his verdict between Chelsea, Man United and Leicester, Wright told Match of the Day: “I don’t know.

“I am going to go with Chelsea.

“I hope they do stay because they have been under immense pressure.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea’s last two Premier League fixtures for this season is against Liverpool and Wolves.
