Madang’s Laiwaden Oval came alive once more as teams from the Momase region fronted up to participate in the Momase Regional Youth Games.

52 teams have come out, showcasing their soccer skills since this Tuesday, September 26, 2023, consisting of 40 teams for men and 12 for women.

From the inlands and misty mountains of Morobe to the lowlands and coastlines of Madang, and along the mighty Sepik River, the raw soccer talents came in their respective soccer uniforms with boots on, and socks up had the crowd on their feet. Other sporting codes like Basketball, Volleyball, and Rugby Touch footy also showcased.

The Momase Regional Youth Games will end this Saturday, September 30, 2023.
