The Facebook “Gadget Addict” has shared the video footage of MMDA officers talking to dogs inside of an illegally parked vehicle. The video goes viral and elicits various reactions from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that the MMDA employees are talking to dogs inside of an illegally parked vehicle. Obviously, the enforcers were joking because the driver was not present during the time of apprehension.

The traffic officers jokingly lectured the dogs and told them to park the vehicle properly next time and avoid committing traffic violations. The enforcers have also towed other vehicles in the area for illegal parking.

Here is the full post:

“RA 4136 prohibits parking on the sidewalk.

If you appear and show your valid driver’s license before the towing process has started, you can drive away with just a ticket.

Your license will be returned to you, after the ticket is written.

You can pay the penalty through any Bayad Center or through the GCash app.

The doggy incident happened in Quezon City. But everything you see after the doggies, is in Manila City – a continuation of yesterday’s clearing video, along R10 and MICT Access Road.”
