A 21-year-old footballer who died, along with a 16 year-old-girl in a horrific car smash in the early hours of Saturday morning, has been named.
Max Halcrow lost his life after a BMW M3 ploughed into a tree in the early hours of this morning in Loughton, Essex.
Another two teenagers, 16 and 17, are fighting for their lives and were rushed to hospital near the crash site.

Halcrow's football club Debden Park FC, part of Essex Alliance Football League, paid tribute to the player on Twitter.
'We aren't a football club and we haven't got players. We are a group of brothers and last night we lost one of our own. We love you Halcrow. See you soon brother,' Debden Park FC tweeted.

A 21-year-old man from Loughton was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and perverting the course of justice.

A friend laying flowers at the scene paid tribute to her friend who had died and is yet to be formally named.
'She was a very happy person. 'Always laughing, always happy, and very kindhearted. 'She was one of a kind and had just worked hard and passed her GCSEs. She just wanted to be out here and living her best life. 'I was meant to be meeting up with them last night, I can't believe it. 'They were all really good friends and part of the same friendship group,' the friend said.

He was also taken to hospital, where he is being treated for what are believed to be minor injuries.
Emergency services were scrambled to the Goldings Hill area of Loughton shortly after 2.05am on Saturday.
No other vehicle was involved in the crash.

A 4x4 carrying what is believed to be mourning family members arrived at the scene of the crash on Saturday afternoon.
Essex Police are appealing for witnesses who saw what happened, or saw a silver BMW M3 driving in the Loughton and Epping areas in the early hours of Saturday.
Police are also keen to speak to anyone who was driving in the area who has dash cam footage, or anyone who has CCTV.
