Ms Davey told Daily Mail Australia the men appeared to have been going to a nearby Big Boys Toys Expo at McDonald Jones Stadium.

'They used footpaths and crossed roads only at crossings, just like someone in a wheelchair would.'

Ms Davey posted the video to her Facebook page with title: 'Something you don't see everyday.'

'Made my day. Love the grey one even has the do not overtake a turning vehicle stickers,' she commented.

'Also the crochet blanket across the back really adds to it,' one person replied to her comment.
