Shooting at the Gay Night Club in Oslo gives the Norwegian capital its annual pride We are planning to hold a parade.
A suspected lone shooter was arrested shortly after a shooting slaughter that spread to nearby facilities and nearby streets, centered around a London pub.
"I saw a man arrive with a bag, he picked up a gun and started shooting," public broadcaster NRK journalist Olav Roenneberg reported.
Police spokesman Tore Barstad said the motive was not immediately apparent and it was not clear if the shooting was related to the pride parade on Saturday.
