Beyoncé might be that girl, but Donald Glover is that guy — Despite Chris Brown's thoughts.
Glover, who makes music as Childish Gambino, was a chest-baring sheer at his party this weekend for the release of Queen Bey's top-secret, star-studded "Renaissance" album. Wearing a sheer unitard to prove it, Brown had some issues with the ensemble.
The 38-year-old "Redbone" rapper went bold in a pastel mesh bodysuit layered over black underwear, a silky green jacket and cashmere-lined Loro Piana suede hiking boots. Finished the outfit ($2,350) .
Instagram account Fit Ain't Nothing described a father of three as "hiking Stone Mountain while walking on a tight rope." I dress like I do,” he explained. The caption also called the costume "messy, mysterious, and chaotic all wrapped up in a tinfoil windbreaker," and asked if the stars would hang gliding into PrettyLittleThing "for a side mission." I doubted.
Brown, 33, weighed himself, commenting, "I hear a tambourine as he walks."
Another commenter said, "Bro deserves WrestleMania." declared, and a third said: The "This Is America" hitmaker was "dressed like Peter Pan."
Twitter couldn't help but join the trolls. "Why did he realize he was late and look like he threw something 😭😭😭," one quipped.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Celebrities like La La Anthony, Tyler Perry and Kendrick Lamar gathered at New York's Times Square Edition to celebrate Beyoncé's seventh studio album — and as insiders. "Some were kicked out because they were drunk and stupid," he said on page 6.
The bash was dubbed the "Club Renaissance," and Glover understood the mission with his chosen attire. Unfortunately, Brown didn't seem to get the theme (or invitation).
