CNN guest says Elizabeth Holmes ‘might end up being somebody’s girlfriend’ in prison

A former federal inmate who describes himself as a “consultant” for convicts who are about to be incarcerated appeared on CNN and suggested that disgraced tech mogul Elizabeth Holmes should “have sex with her husband because she…might end up being somebody’s girlfriend” in the slammer.

Larry Levine, the founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants, appeared on CNN’s “News Central” with Boris Sanchez on Monday to discuss the Theranos founder’s imminent incarceration.

Holmes, who was convicted of defrauding investors who believed her claims about a revolutionary blood-testing technology that turned out to be bogus, is due to report to the Bureau of Prisons on Tuesday afternoon to begin her 11-year sentence.

Levine, whose remarks were reported by the news site Mediaite, warned Sanchez that he was “gonna get a little crude here.”

“She should spend some time with her kids, for sure,” Levine, who was decked out in sunglasses and a colorful, American flag-themed shirt that seemed fitting for a barbecue or a day at the beach, said.

“She should have a good meal and maybe she should have sex with her husband because she’s gonna be having — she might end up being somebody’s girlfriend in there because she’s not a bad-looking woman,” Levine added.

Sanchez laughed at the remark and said: “Ok, Larry.”

“Though we appreciate your advice I’m not sure it’s the best for an afternoon on Memorial Day,” the anchor said.

“Thank you so much for the time. Again, appreciate the shirt. Thanks for sharing part of your holiday with us, Larry. We do appreciate it.”

“Certainly. Bye-bye,” Levine said before signing off.

The Post has sought comment from CNN.

Levine was unapologetic, telling The Post that CNN “opened the door” by asking what he would advise Holmes.

“They asked me what advice I had for her, OK?” Levine said. “So I gave them the advice.”

“This isn’t a party line f–king thing,” he added. “We live in the real world.”

Levine acknowledged: “I think I pissed [CNN] off.”

He said that women inmates are “gay for the stay” during their incarceration and that Holmes could fall prey to “predators.”

“She’s a good looking woman and the female bisexual lesbians will find her very attractive, no joke,” Levine said.

Of his CNN appearance, Levine said: “I was honest and f–king straightforward.”

Levine served time in prison after his conviction for racketeering, securities fraud, obstruction of justice and narcotics trafficking.

Holmes is scheduled to report to the Bureau of Prisons on Tuesday.

Levine served 10 years in prison, during which he was shuttled between 11 facilities.

During his incarceration, Levine said that he helped inmates in their defense by reviewing details of their case.

Holmes is expected to begin her incarceration on Tuesday at Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas.

Some inmates at the minimum security facility are said to be eagerly anticipating her arrival.

“Some people are like ‘I want to be her friend’,” Tasha Wade, an inmate at the facility, told The Wall Street Journal.

“But other people are like, ‘I can’t believe that’s all she got for taking all that money,’” said Wade.

Holmes was convicted of defrauding investors who believed her claims of a revolutionary blood-testing technology that can diagnose illness.

Once hailed as America’s first female self-made billionaire with a net worth of $4.5 billion, Holmes will only be allowed to carry a maximum of $40 during her incarceration.

The women’s-only prison houses approximately 900 white-collar, non-violent female inmates who have been convicted of crimes such as embezzlement, securities fraud, mail fraud, insurance fraud, and loan fraud.

Upon her arrival, Holmes will likely be escorted to the laundry room to receive a short-sleeved khaki uniforms, according to current and former inmates who spoke to The Journal.
