Stelter, who called Hunter Biden's leaked laptop a "classic example of a right-wing media machine," said he had an affair with First Lady Jill Biden's former press secretary, Michael LaRosa.

"His son?" Stelter asked the guest. "What about Hunter? Hunter is under federal investigation and charges can be filed at any time. This is not just a right-wing media story. This is a serious problem for Biden."

Stelter even suggested that the president could be forced for re-election in 2024 as a result.

"I hope he runs. I know he's going to run, he's planning to run," LaRosa said. Hunter Biden

Focused on injecting perspective into its daily coverage, it has alienated viewers since Trump left office.
