Drewery Place, a 27-level high-rise tower featuring studios and high-end living spaces at 2850 Fannin, is a project inspired by the unique and eclectic areas of Melbourne, Australia.

Emma Alexander, director of sales and marketing at Caydon USA, said July 1, 2020 marks their one-year anniversary. They’re currently offering tours, self-guided tours and virtual tours.

Located opposite Midtown Park on the Metrorail between the Texas Medical Center and downtown, Drewery Place is in the epicenter of this walkable district, said Alexander.

“Inspired by the streets of Melbourne, Australia, Drewery Place is Phase One of Caydon’s Laneways project,” Alexander said. “It’s a new vision, spanning three blocks and is bound by Fannin, Tuam, Main, and McGowen. Drewery Place is the start of enhancing an electrifying gateway to our walkable district. It’s also in the heart of Innovation Corridor close to green spaces with the new Midtown and Bagby Parks, where you can enjoy concerts, farmers markets, workouts, and happy hours.”

Residents can find plenty of amenities to enhance their lifestyle.

On Level 7 of Drewery Place, pets are welcome at the large pet park and pet-washing station. If you need more space to exercise your dogs, Midtown Park is directly across the street to spread out.

If a little water exercise and relaxing by the poolside are what you’re looking for, The Deck on Level 8 is where to go. Residents can enjoy an expansive pool with its own swim-up bar. There are also barbecue grills, tanning lounges, a grassy “chill-out zone” and VIP cabanas created for weekend celebrations, after-work parties and more.

Staying fit at Drewery Place is easy to do with Fit Fam. Residents have access to free resident classes run by their exclusive personal training, Asher.

“These sessions are not only a great work out, but a great way to meet your neighbors, who become lifelong friends,” said Alexander.

Also on Level 8 is the Library and Arts Lounge offering the perfect work/life balance. If needing a workspace outside your residence, co-working spaces, conference rooms and work pads are available to use. After hours, residents are invited to curl up with a good book in the library, stretch out in the yoga studio, maintain a healthy lifestyle in the fitness center, shoot pool with friends or explore their creativity in the arts lounge.

Lastly, at the end of a long day, a place to take in the beautiful Houston city skyline is on Level 27 in the Sky Lounge.

“We have the best work/life balance,” said Alexander. “It’s safe, seamless, and stylish. This how life feels at Drewery Place. From personal to public spaces, Caydon’s cutting-edge, integrated technology adds up to smart living, 21st-century style with a customized platform app, ‘Caydon HQ’ that puts the entire building at your fingertips.”

Caydon HQ allows residents to communicate with neighbors, the concierge, pay rent or book a dog walker. Drewery Place residents have access to discounts and freebies in the local community too by showing this app. Residences are also equipped with integrated automation to make effortless living easy. Included in the automation abilities are Honeywell thermostats, Lutron smart lighting, and keyless entry via the Latch App. Each resident receives an Alexa when they move in and a free IT consultation for setup.

“You can simply walk in after a long day at work, and say ‘Alexa, I’m home,’ and the lights will turn on, the blinds will go up, the air conditioning will go on, and your favorite chill-out playlist starts playing,” Alexander said.
