Attackers broke windows and front doors of a building in Jackson, Michigan earlier Wednesday, a campaign by US Congressman Tim Walberg said. Jackson is about 80 miles (130 kilometers) west of Detroit.
Pink paint was sprayed on the sign near the entrance to the building and two windows broke,Jackson Police and Fire DepartmentElmer Hitt told MLive.com.
There was no evidence that anyone had entered the building, and the suspect was not identified, Hitt added.
Tipton's Wolberg said the spray-painted message seems to indicate that the vandalism was done by someone who supported the right to abortion. Wolberg said he was against abortion.
