Things look like they are going to get a little wild in this week’s slate of General Hospital episodes, according to a new preview.

The 16-second teaser opens with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) telling Finn (Michael Easton), “I know what I have to do: turn myself in,” after assisting Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) in his wrongdoings. Will she clear her conscience and leave behind her three children?

Elsewhere, Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), who says he has “had enough,” vows to Grandma Laura (Genie Francis) to never let his father destroy anyone else.

Meanwhile, an enraged Nikolas storms into Wyndemere, telling Ava (Maura West), “I’m not going anywhere.” The show adds the words, “Is it over for Nikolas?” before flashing to a bloody hand — teasing his potential demise.

As it was announced late last year, Coloma will be exiting General Hospital after playing the role of Nikolas since 2019. While it was revealed that his final set of episodes would air at the end of January, it’s clear that we’re getting closer to finding out his character’s fate.

“I do love to see the Cassadines front and center,” one wrote. “But are you trying to tell us something with the ‘I’m not going anywhere’ please tell me you’re not killing off Nikolas!”

Another commented, “I think he will ‘die’ or end up in a coma until they recast. Nikolas has too many ties to the canvas. There’s no way they are killing off the character.”

“Someone is gonna be a dead man,” a third person added.

It looks like we’ll just have to wait and see what drama will unfold in Port Charles when General Hospital airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
