I got life-changing hair transplants after years of balding agony

A British mom who’s spent more than $120,000 on cosmetic procedures just got her latest — a hair transplant.

Tracy Kiss, 35, said she’s been losing hair for more than a decade, thanks to bleach and two pregnancies, even recalling it coming out in clumps in the shower.

Kiss claimed she tried prescription medications, hair gummies, laser therapy, oils and massage techniques, but ultimately opted for a hair transplant when her hairline started receding.

Experiencing hair loss is so mentally and emotionally draining and leads to feelings of shame and embarrassment which only worsen with time,” the vegan bodybuilder from London sobbed.

“Suffering from hair loss totally crippled my confidence, to the point that, as an influencer, when posting selfies, I would crop out my hairline where possible.”

Surgeons used hair from the back of Tracy's head for the transplant.

Kiss, a self-described life and relationship coach with 1.2 million followers on Instagram, has reportedly had a variety of surgeries, including a rhinoplasty, jawline liposuction and four breast augmentations.

Now, she’s talking about her “life-changing” decision after going to Turkey for the procedure.

“My immediate results of my hair transplant surgery were, therefore, life-changing, instantly giving me 2,500 follicles in place, something that no amount of treatment or time could have replaced otherwise,” Kiss said.

“To lose hair that was once there is like watching something die a slow and painful death, you feel helpless to prevent it, yet you know how it eventually will end — baldness!”

She said she got accustomed to wearing wigs and hair extensions, with hats and accessories becoming her “coping strategies.”

“I’d say to friends and family how much I hated what was happening to my hair and they’d say, ‘Oh well, at least you have your health’, which in the grand scheme of things is true, but unless it affects you directly, it’s very hard for others to understand how much of an impact your hair has on your life,” Kiss concluded.
