Mangia, a popular Italian fast casual restaurant and market, jumps from 50 W.57th St. Head to Williams Equity's 57 W 57th St. across the street since 1981.

Mangia is 9,500 square feet on the corner of 6th Avenue. This includes 3,000 square feet above ground, where the offer rent was $ 200 per square foot. The remaining space will be at the lower level of Mangia's catering facility.

Williams Principal Michael T. Cohen said Manziat "completely complements the high quality Italian restaurant" at the steakhouse in the building.

Colliers International's Zach Nathan, David Green and Brad Mendelson acted for the landlord. Current real estate advisors Adam Hennick and Jennifer Bernstein represented Manziat.
