Officials said the search for the suspect who shot two police officers in Philadelphia on July 4 before fleeing the scene was underway.
The shooting was done around 10 pm. Near the ParkwayWelcome America event.

A Philadelphia police highway patrol officer suffered a scratch on his head. According to Fox 29 in Philadelphia, another officer was shot in the shoulder and belonged to the Montgomery County Bomb Unit. Both officers are in a stable condition.
A video shot on-site shows that police are escorting people away from the area while the fireworks continue nearby.
