Stanley Cup 2022: Ondrey Parat's goal keeps Lightning alive against Avalanche

Tampa Bay Lightning survived to play another dayin Game 5 victoryagainst Colorado Avalanche 3-2.

Ondley Paratt scored the first goal at 6:22. Palato's shot just passes behind the net, past the gloves of Avalanche goalkeeper Darcy Kaempfer. That was exactly what Lightning needed to pass through Colorado. Tampa Bay does not track the entire gameand sends the series back to the East Coast.

Jan Rutta scored in the first period and placed Lightning on the board first. In the second period, Nikitakcherov scored in power play and raised Tampa Bay to 2-1.

Colorado was able to finish the series with a win. The team currently has a 3-2 lead in the series against Lightning, and a Sunday victory will allow them to win the first Stanley Cup championship since 2001.
