A Tennessee manwas arrested in North Dakota earlier this year on suspicion of killing a man at a motel in Memphis, officials said.
Michael Ray Tillman, 24, arrested as a fugitive in Bismarck, North Dakota, was charged with one murder, according to the District Attorney's Office in Shelby County, Tennessee.
Tillman has been accused of shooting Hamon Whale, 28, on April 18 at the Garden Inn in Memphis.
