Netflix‘s The Night Agent is here to introduce your new favorite crime-fighting duo: Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) and Rose Larkin (Luciane Buchanan).
The adaptation of Matthew Quirk’s 2019 novel, which dropped its first 10 episodes on March 23, follows the action-packed events that transpire after Sutherland, a low-level FBI agent on phone duty in the White House, answers a distressing call from cybersecurity CEO Larkin. When Larkin’s secret agent aunt and uncle are mysteriously assassinated, she and Sutherland go on the run and try to get to the bottom of a political conspiracy that points back to the White House.
Although Sutherland has the guns, the intel, and the Oval Office contacts, we quickly learn that he’d be lost without Larkin’s cyber expertise and strong intuition.
