Whoopi Goldberg seemingly had enough after The View played her off right in the middle of her sentence. The co-host, who was wrapping up her thoughts on Kyrsten Sinema and Mitch McConnell’s alliance, seemed startled by the unusually loud music, which indicated it was time for a commercial break.

As the final panelist to give her input on the first Hot Topic segment, Goldberg said, “I think that when people are full of it, they’re full of it. And what [Sinema and McConnell] were talking about — because if this were true, we’d be working together but we’re not. And so both of them — that’s all well and good but we all know we’re full of it until something you don’t want to do comes up, then we’re back to that.”

She added, “There’s no discussion here, there’s no real connection between Republicans and Democrats. There just isn’t. And it doesn’t make any sense to me because it really is about us and no one seems to give a rat’s behind about the fact that it’s about us. But that’s…”

Just as she was getting ready to finish her thought, the music cut her off, prompting her to call out whoever was in charge.

“You don’t have to turn it that loud. I mean, come on,” she said. “You know I was getting ready to take a breath to go to the [commercial] and then you put up the music.”

Later on, following the second Hot Topics segment, Goldberg made sure to let everyone know she was breaking for commercial.

“I’m going to go now before they play the music,” she announced to the studio.

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
