Q&A: Machine learning and homeschooling at ADvTech’s new online-only school

AdvTech, listed company and the largest private-school education provider in Africa and owner of brands such as Trinity House and Abbotts, is launching an online-only school. Evolve Online School will take on pupils from Grade R to Grade 9, and open in 2021.

It was planned before Covid-19 forced so many pupils to study from home. With registrations having opened in September, Business Day asked Evolve MD Chris van Niekerk about the new school.
