Alec Baldwin made a comeback to Saturday Night Live (SNL) yesterday not as his famous Trump character but as Fox News Bret Baier. The skit poked fun at Baiers recent interview with Vice President Kamala Harris
Baldwin who hasnt been on the show for a few years got a warm welcome from the crowd. He joked about his characters looks saying “Yes I do look like someone made a businessman in Minecraft“. Maya Rudolph playing Harris‚ kept trying to finish her sentences while Baldwin (as Baier) kept cutting her off

The skit also made fun of a mixup where Baier played the wrong Trump clip – this let SNL bring in other bits including Dana Carvey as President Biden (hes been doing this role since SNLs 50th season started last fall)
At the end Harris finally got to say what she wanted: “Live from New York its Saturday night!“ with Baldwin joining in
Michael Keaton hosted the show and Billie Eilish was the musical guest. Baldwin has hosted SNL 17 times (thats a record) but hasnt been on recently. His trial over an accident on the “Rust“ movie set ended in a mistrial about 3 months ago
