Steven Turner will support Skyler Franke in London, Ontario, without seeking a third term. 11th Ward Race

Turner, who has represented the ward since 2014, has resigned from the elections this fall and is now one of the two candidates running for the ward's elections, Skyler. He says he plans to throw support behind Franke.
