"Two unspecified injured people have been taken to a local hospital and one suspect has been detained," Clark said.
"Preliminary information suggests that this incident was targeted and that no further risk generally remains."
Clark said. I asked someone who had a video of the incident to contact Williams Lake RCMP (250-392-6211).
The shooting took place at the end of the last day of Stampede, the first day since 2019.
